Our Client is an internationally recognized cost and project management consultancy. With offices across Australia and the Pacific Region, they provide services to a blue chip corporate & government client base. Due to planned growth, they are now seeking 2 Chartered Quantity Surveyors to join the Melbourne practice.

The Practice enjoys a high profile in the Australian Construction Sector – the QS business provides advice to Commercial & Infrastructure clients Australia wide. Their national client base includes major Australian Contractors, Developers, Institutions and Federal & State authorities. They are acknowledged industry experts in Health, Education, Commercial Building, & Infrastructure asset classes.

International experience is highly valued by our Client. To be considered for these opportunities you will be an accomplished Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy based environment. Degree qualified, with professional membership status (RICS or similar), you will be keen to grow your international career.

5 Years Post Graduate Experience, with a UK based practice, is essential to be considered for these roles, as is a keen desire to work in Australia. These are immediate requirements – successful candidates will need to relocate within 6-8 weeks of appointment.

Whilst it is would be an advantage if you have visited Australia in the past, it is not essential. You may indeed be an Australian citizen seeking to return.
