1. Register with Viddler
2. create your video online or Upload your pre-recorded video
3. Wait for notification that your video has been published (~5-10 minutes)
4. View the detail page for your uploaded video
5. Copy your public or private perma-link from the web page
6. Paste the perma-link into the Valuable Resources Form
