Ben utilises his strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of the global search and selection market to cultivate client and candidate relationships worldwide.
During the last 15 years Ben’s search and selection skills have focused on the accounting, construction, and general management sectors. During this time he developed the executive contracting search practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. He specialised in the placement of senior executives, and led the practice to an annual turnover of AU$6 million before its sale in 2002.
Ben brings to Professional Practice Team an in depth understanding of Consulting Practices and acts as a 'first point of contact' for Chartered Accountants seeking a move to Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) and is an Alumni Member of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
