Jo’s qualifications and extensive practice in Human Resource Management means she possesses refined people management skills. Her work with high profile organisations in the UK and Australia has resulted in a firm understanding of how to communicate and engage with people across diverse cultures.
In 2002 Jo successfully transferred her HR skills into recruitment consulting, when she joined a boutique firm in Brisbane. In this role she developed an impressive portfolio of clients in the local government, university, professional services, and development and construction sectors.
Since joining Valuable Resources in 2006 Jo has built a strong reputation based on high quality service and a friendly personality that enables her to quickly build a rapport with candidates and clients.
Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Management and Human Resources Management.
